| Re: help please You cant "tone" a muscle. What you think a toned muscle is is just a msucle exactly the same as you have now. Only difference if you have a layer of fat covering yours where as what you think is a toned muscle it just a muscle with very little fat covering it.
Personally Id agree with the above and lose some more BF before you start bulking again. As for taking d-bol I strongly urge you to knock that on the head straight away. Do you have a PCT in order ? |
