- compound (squat, deadlift,)
- bigger wieghts,less reps
- ****/sex (I think this is just plain wrong; the Test/**** cycle is more complex than that; personally I get weak in the knees and blah blah blah)
- good fats
- no beer
- leafy evg, i.e. broccoli, cress,sprouts,cabbage
- fight / aggressive competition, punchbag etc
- smaller but more meals
- sleep lots
nb: most of techniques I'm unsure about, not sure if levels don't fall, whether there's a net increase over time or just temporary |
