Done most routines over the years, and the one thing I learned (obviously what works ok for me) is that I struggle to train 2 days in a row, nevermind the 5 or so that Dan has put down, the workload probably aint that bad, its the no' of consecutive days.
If he can grow like that, as some ppl can, then fair play, I know myself and a good percentage of trainers, would too though.
