Does my head in when people use working in an office as an excuse why they cant eat properly through the day. Its a HUGE advantage!! Theres nothing wrong with eating any of those meals cold or editing them slightly so they might be abit nicer cold.

Bring your meals in every day and make them the night before. Also leave a whey protein, bag of oats, tins of tuna, protein bars in your draws at work for when you forget your meals. Remember your not eating for taste. Learn to eat for purpose, not for enjoyment. If your man enough to do squats then your man enough to eat tuna out the can :gun:
