| starving ,training and getting fat Im hungry all the time at about 14% BF at most . I train 3 or 4 hours a day. I realize that it to much but i love it.
I run hike and do tons of cardio along with weight training.
My problem is now at 42 years old i keep building a tiny roll on my belly. otherwise im ripped and my pure strenght is higher than anytime in my life.
I keep thinking of trying a shot cyc of clen just to get a grip on my tummy area .
Nothing else is woorking so far.
Im cycling carbs and eating very healthy.
My abs are hard as rocks but they are getting this tiny layer of fat on them.
The rest of my body is ripped up.
Any advice i need to cut a bit quickly as its summer here and i hate this bit of a roll.
