Re: barbell/ez for biceps

I would say that the hammer curl hits the brachialis and the brachioradialis giving you a more full or round bicep not necessarally a peak. If you cross in front of the chest during hammer curls you will incorporate the forearm aswell. If your looking to peak the brachialis I would say to use a wider grip on which ever bicep exercise you are doing...I hope I'm right and I hope this helps...
