na thats a valid point, but the whole 'if you're not cheating then you're not trying' does throw me abit, but then again when you are cheating, does that not just mean you are hitting more than the originally targeted muscles
but like you say there are two sides to that arguement
in my case im sticking to strict form just so i know im maximizing my targeted muscle group
cheers for the advise though, ill vary the bars every week or something
