| Re: barbell/ez for biceps I think there is 2 schools of thought to this question. One from a bb point of view and one from a powerlifters point of view. In bodybuilding they would say stay strick to the form and with this I agree to a certain point on certain exercises...then from a power point of view if your not cheating your not trying...if you don't get the oppertunity to really feel the heavy weights I don't believe you will effectively gain the strength. I'm sure nobody will agree with this , but I like to look at things from other than the mainstream views...
