Hey all

Hey im Adam, new here but not to training. Anyway to cut it short im about to leave the army as i was severly injured. Basically i had a huge hole in my chest/side. As a result i lost most of my right pec muscle, needless to say training is difficult now. Before this id been training for arund 2 years and was about 190 pounds at 6 2 with 10 percent b/f. Now thats just fallen off me and im about 170-75 with 14 percent b/f. Ive recently started training again, but my other side compensates alot for my right aswell as i cant do dips, pull ups at the mment or heavy bench. Mainly because alot of the stress is transfered purely to my arms so i need to add some serious mass and strength to them before i can really try and progress. I have thought of starting a cycle but im still pretty young and not experienced on the topic enough imo yet although i have researched it. I was thinking abou mass fx or/and hyperdrol but im really unsure. I needto add some serious mass to other bodyparts before i can strt on compound movements like bench, and doind wide arm heaves before i can go anywhere. Any tips or advice on where i should go from here would be much appreciated, thanks alot. Adam
