| Re: feedback on diet Need a bit more detail on the various foods to be sure of how many calories you're taking onboard but as a quick observation I'd try to focus on:
Eating more 'whole foods' (i.e. cut back on the shakes)
Increase your intake of fruits and vegetables (It'll help keep you full on less calories)
Increase you protein intake (if needed, protein can increase your TEF - thermic effect of feeding by 30% so you'll burn more calories at rest)
Perhaps think about taking an essential fatty acid supplement like omega 3 fish oils, good for overall health and may even help with some fat loss. |
