The fancy handwriting - I guess thats the radiologist talking to my consultant at the hospital, that consultant I was seeing really didn't give a sh!t, guess I'm lucky I got the MRI out of him!

Nice to hear you over come this Porky Pie, TBH though surgery scares the living daylights out of me, not sure if I'd even want the NHS boys opening me up, if their anything like that consultant/physo guy no chance

How much pain excaly were you in though Porky Pie to merit surgery?

I don't feel the pain I have merits surgery

If I did have surgery though I would want to go here in the US, but I couldn't affort it

Some sports physio's say I should, when I've ready, do sqauts and deads, but others say don't and others say don't lift at all

I'd love to know the opinion of a sports physio who does or has worked with weight lifters ect and has delt with other sportsman with this, love to know his advice on this

Anyone else who has had this problem and came back please post, that would be great
