| Re: what injury do i have? ive tried rest as in having months off doing chins, 1arm db rows and dips, which were the exercises that buggered it up
i am now able to do dips but not chins and im doing bb rows instead of db ones
but i havnt had rest from the whole weightlifting routine
yeah i suspect it isnt THAT bad as i can do overhead presses, ive read that this is the first thing to go in rotator cuff or impingement problems along with benching
