dont knw how much in one sitting but i was tought your body stores up to 300g im ur ''amino pool'' if you take in much more than that each day u bascily p1ss it out. im sure it wouldnt matter to much if u had alot in on sitting but studies have shown that people that sip protien threw out the day get slightly better gains than people that drink it in big servings.
