new diet
BREAKFAST: Omega 3 Fish Oils, Glutamine, Musli w/ Honey, 3 Boiled Eggs, Whey Protein (In Water) and Creatine(After Eaten Breakfast)
BREAK: Orange/Apple Juice, Pear, Avacado, Carrot, Grapefruit and (Looking for a good carb and protein source snack to add here as well)
DINNER: Large Pasta and Tuna meal with a large Salad
BEFORE WORKOUT: Creatine, 2 Bananas w/ Honey
POST WORKOUT: Whey Protein (In Water), Glutamine and Aminos
TEA: Baked Potato w/ Tuna, Rice and large Salad
BEDTIME: Whey Protein (In Milk) and Musli

1.5 Litre Bottle of Water to drink through the day

Is taking creatine and whey at same time safe should i take the whey in water or milk with the creatine, i use the kre-alkyn creatine
and do i really need to take extreme aminos if im taking glutamine complex
