hey guys im confused as hell, i have been gaining nicley on my diet but tis week have came to a compleate halt and im now going backwards. tue ish i was 172 im now 170. something or other. how can this be. this is my diet. i eat same everyday as its conveinient.

now im thinking of just upping the ammout i eat? ill post wat it would look like but pretty much 150 oats morn 100 post wo, 150 pasta and 5 eggs instead of 4.

would this work in your opinions or is there a major fault some where,

also to let you know i have been taking jungle warfare for the last 12 days and rpm.
