| Weird elbow pain? I just got back from the gym and was working my shoulders and tri's pretty hard. Towards the end of my tri workouts I started getting a pain in my elbow when I wasn't working out. When I was doing reps, it was fine. It was just when I stopped and then flexed or curled my arm to touch my head or anything.
It wasn't so much a pain, as much as it just felt like a constant pressure on the funny bone on the backside of my right arm. It's really hard to explain the feeling. I played baseball my whole life and don't know if that has anything to do with it.
Should I be concerned?
