Getting it more regularly now just from bending down with my own bodyweight. Any ideas what it is or how long i should rest for?
Whats the best cardio i can do which won't put too much strain on my knee? bike, xtrainer, walking, rowing?
I've decided not to do deads or squats and just work my arms but keep the cardio and see if the pain goes. Are there any leg workouts i could do which wouldnt put too much strain on the old knee?
Had to write fast as i'm late but thats for help! |
Do you have any crunches, grating or clicking that wasn't there before? If so this could be down to local inflammation or a cartilage tear! Does it hurt more walking down the stairs or up the stairs? Get on the ibuprofens for a few days, 800mg every 6hrs (stop if you have stomach pains).
The worst CV would be running and Xtrainer. Light cycling and swimming!
Very light squats if you have to but they shouldn't be a problem as there is no real impact!! Avoid football for a week +
Just my opinion.
