Here is a pic of myself at the moment, As i said before not really looking to become 16stone of muscle but would like to bulk up a little especial in my arms,
I am only training at home on a weight bench, So its hard to do all the excercises people discuss in other sections so i am just sticking to Chest
Bench Press
Incline Press
Dumbell press Arms
Barbell Curl
Dumbell Curl
Some other stuff for triceps that i aint sure of the name
Not really sure what i should be doing for my back/Lats
Any help/advice would be great,
