Hi guys ive recently started working out and im doing quite a bit of cardio work at the moment to get fitter before i hit the weights. I go on the treadmill 3/4 times a week for 20 minutes each time, and my ankles have swollen up and im finding it really painfull to walk. Has anybody else had this problem before? have my ankles swollen because im not use to running?. Im only 21 i wouldnt consider my self really unfit im 5ft 11 and 78kg. Thanks in adavance
