| Re: Quick advice needed id say you would need more protein mate, id take the protein up to 240g or even 280, id add in a protein shake with your breakfast as the four eggs will only give you an average of 24g of protein. id also drop the oatabix for proper oats and a handfull of nuts and probably add some cottage cheese to last meal at 11. one thing to remeber when putting on weight is to have a surpless of calories in your diet, hope this helps mate |
