Quick advice needed

Hi guys, quick example diet here, Im 24 6.1 about 12 and a half stone. Not sure bf level but Id say about average. Can see the top 2 of the 6 pack line in the morning, lol.

Anyway Im after gaining weight, current diet is aiming for about around 500kal per meal so 3000kal a day sourced from good fats and complex carbs . Also aim for at least 30 grams of protein per meal although some are more so 200grams of protein plus a day.

Typical day.

8:30: 4 poached eggs, 2 brown toast

11:00, pint of semi slkimmed milk, 2 oatabix, 1 scoop whey.

1:30, 2 checken breasts, brown rice, some vege

4:00 :same as either meal 2 or 3

7:00 proper meal, meat vege complex carbs

11 half pint of milk and scoop and a half of whey

Also taking multi vit, flax seed oil, and some other extras.

Does this sound about right for gaining weight? Im on a push pull legs routine and really limiting my cardio.
