lol, dont worry about the BF% too much, its kind of irrelevent...I only brought it up to show that losing 5kg is not really too much weight to lose if your trying to tone up and diet, as fozypilgrims posted. The mirror is the important thing, I dont know anyone who competes or trains that really measures it - except overweight people using it to make them feel better - no offence to anyone

After the first week I found chest and shoulders really hard but short at the same time, although I definitely took my time with them (as much as you can do when training on your own without looking too much of a d**k!) hence why I added abs in afterwards... Will see how it goes next week. I'm sure I used to be able to lift more with less trouble a few years ago.. felt like I was really struggling on Friday.... :(

Dont worry too much about the time, as long as you finish your routine and feel like you have worked then its all good. Everyone is guilty of not THINKING they have done enough, but in reality its normally that they have done too much, 90% of people overtrain.

You are new to this routine, give it another week or two. Paul knows his stuff, this is a sound program.

Oh well, still waiting for protein to come through, once that's arrived the diet will start properly and I'm sure I will start to see results.

Thanks for the advice, any more is greatly appreciated.

Still think I'd benefit from a training partner!
