Nytol, you keep moaning about kr-evolution, you are the only person so far I've came across who's has a problem with this product. You are obviously intolerant to it, but there again there are a few people who are allergic to their own sweat so there will always be a few people who have a problem with anything.

If you get on well with CEE or monohydrate congratulations because it will save you money. Your body obviously responds well to creatinine because during the esterification process roughly one third of the creatine becomes creatinine and a large amount of mono converts in the stomach due to the stomach acid.

Personally I can't use mono for more than a week because I get horrendous water retention and the sh1ts from it, I've never tried CEE bcos of its fundamental flaw in the manufacturing process which I expect would lead to me having the same reaction too as monohydrate.
