Its intresting because it seems you are not so keen on the bicep isolation exersise (maby you do these after bench usualy).
Theres not a back pic but i can see from the front there is a lack of thickness/width. This would also point to a lack of compounds in your routine.
However your bf% is good but then again I would expect it to be of a ectomorph type thats still in his teens.
In truth you have a good bod for the beach/girls and many guys would like that you should be proud of the changes you made since your first pic but Its all dependant now where you go from here.
What are your plans? are you thinking to go more for bodybuilding? if thats the case or your looking for a more rugged look I would say deffo switch more to free weights that will develop the tie-in muscle groups that your curently lacking. Also focus on stuff like barbell push press, benhind the neck press, chins, dips, skull crushers, squats, front squats, hack squats, hang cleans, rows, deadlift, barbell curls.
However your going to lose some of that beach apeal in the short term due to the bf% your going to need to make to gain apreciable mass naturaly at this point. (im assuming your a natty - well i would hope so.).
That said if you want to keep the look as it stands but maby work on the biceps, get more defined midsections then its a diffrent ball game your looking at keeping your routine similar to what it is now but with more of a focus on biceps/tricep movements - wideing the lats slightly to give the illusion of size. and lots of abdominal body weight movements.
One thing i will say that as you get older that bf% will get harder and harder to hold without a strict diet.
