| Re: cardio and gaining weight i greatly support high intensity training. Its fantastic to burn fat and it does not burn muscle..(well all cardio burns muscle but it dosent burn "extra").
I would go 20 minutes a week thats all you need.
Of course that is for me...everyone has a different body and genes so it depends on how easy you gain fat. If you gain fat and weight easily i would say 1-2 a week.
