| cardio and gaining weight hey guys im currently on a routine to gain weight well gain lean muscle.
well im wondering about my cardio, on a tue i do sprint training and that leaves thurs for cardio but should i be doing low intensity cardio to burn fat whilst bulking ? or would this just burn energy and slow muscle gain?
i was thinking i could just do high intensity and work on fitness if tere is no point in it while bulking. just dont want to do it if it aint goingto burn fat .
