| Re: Clean and Press Bodyweight is a good lift for anyone. The bigger your are the harder this is. At your weight 100kgs is a good strong lift.
Some Olympic lifters are just frightening in the speed they generate in this lift, 200kgs for a guy your size is possible with the right training and meds. This is with a full clean and jerk, not the power clean and push press you are more likely doing.
To compare to your deadlift, 300kgs is an acheivable goal for someone your size with the right levers - this is being done by both drugged and clean powerlifters fairly regularly. |
