Was thinking that before bed I'd be looking at a good supplement to take along with some food to keep the body fed during the fasted state, had a friend that recommended me syntha-6 but I'd rather see other options. Was thinking of the milk protein concentrate, micellar protein from myprotein.co.uk. But any ideas or experiences would be appreciated, cheers.
Also some side questions if anyone feels up to answering them I'd appreciate it. Dextrose or WMS in the post workout shake? I was thinking WMS due to the carbs being of starch and not of simple sugars but yeah some help on that would be great, thanks. |
