THERE IS CONTRADICTION WITH WHAT YOUR SAYING.
ARCHING YOUR BACK REDUCES RANGE OF MOTION, SO WHICH IS IT REDUCE RANGE OF MOTION OR FULL DEVELOPMENT THROUGH FULL RANGE OF MOTION?
