Gym sessions are always rushed - generally 20 minutes on cross trainer and 10-15 minutes on rowing machine, I try to do a bit at home when I can fit it in. I do a bit of pilates too.
Off uni for 3 weeks so want to try to put the time to good use! I'll maybe stick a post up later to get some inspiration! |

Try to incorporate some resistance into your regime.. you'll start to see results much sooner!
Use the site to your advantage, there's some great guys on here... check out pscarbs posts if you're short of things to do!
