Hey Spartan301,
I don't know! But, I think it might've happened when I was about 14.. was swimming in the sea with flippers on and I must have moved my leg awkwardly and something kinda popped out of place and I couldn't walk back up the beach... was messing around with my knee for ages to get in back in place! Next time it happened was about a year later in the USA... again, in water!
Never really had problems with it unless it dislocated up until last year when I had pain everytime I exercised! Gutted!
Have resigned myself to the fact I'm likely to be forever broken!
