| Re: SQUATS? I love quats, personally i do them once a week, starting with just bar and building up to between 3 and 10 reps depending on previous weeks training i just do one all out set
at that weight ( eg. 8reps to failure with 140kg) then drop weight and do 10 reps to failure. if i have a light week i might do two or three sets with same weight.
I find that if i do much more than this i start to overtrain and stop making steady gains.
