Keeping definition

Guys somewhat confused.

After training my lates and back stay looking good but within a couple of hours my tri and biceps have lost their definition.

I work them hard and have been doing this for over a year but just not staying pumped. As soon as I get back the next session they come out pumped straight away.

What can I do to keep them looking good all the time . Any clues please!!!
