Re: Knee Cartilidge

I had an ACL reconstruction a few years ago and a good proportion of my miniscus (sp?) removed.

Before the main sugery I had Keyhole clean out the knee after a nasty football challenge. I had physio directly after surgery. If you haven't had physio after surgery I'd be knocking your GP's door down. You really should be doing some form of rehab.

Sod your GP and go private - you'll only need a few sessions, but its very important to get it started.

You'll need to get the flexibility back and stregthen your quads to help support your knee. Fish oils and glucosamine sulphate are good supps to help.
