Anyway... my bro had a pretty big bit of cartilidge removed from his knee 2 years ago, and recovered really quickly. He had physio straight after the op tho. If I were you I would def head to the physio just to get it checked out, they'll be able to spot any problems and give you specific exercises to strengthen the are.

The doc said to give it a couple of months and if no improvement then to go back and see him! Yay!
