Thumbs down Knee Cartilidge

Hey guys and girls,

Just wondering if any of you out there have had problems with your knees and more specifically cartilidge?

I had an operation to remove some cartilidge from my right knee in October last year and I'm still getting problems! Haven't had physio as the doctor advised to just exercise my quads and hams at the gym! Bloody NHS! lol

So anyway, I'm still getting pain and wondered if there's anything I should be doing?!
