Good evening. I joined this group following a Facebook alert that Fivos had posted a link to this group about an interesting message conversation he had had (I'll post my response to that in a moment) but felt that I should introduce myself first. My name is Harry and I come from West Wales (not all that far from James Llewellyn's birthplace to be honest) and have in the last year reduced from 213lbs to 194lbs (through a combination of both reduced dietary intake and walking as gyms are not that common here). The pictures I have posted are:

Avatar: Myself playing a chaffeur in the most recent community theatre production I took part in in December 2007 (pointing out that 24 hours after that finished I was hit by Norwalk)

Signature Picture: Mr. Barry Thomas (aged 61 from Bury St. Edmunds, Suffolk) the only UK bodybuilder I know to date

Icon: Well, who wouldn't like to overhead press a car?

The weblink is to my YAHOO Group that I started ages ago which currently has over 150 members and is the 6th biggest in that section dealing with bodybuilding and fitness (as opposed to idolising a certain bodybuilder)
