| Re: Program for woman Humans are humans. Women obviously have a harder time losing bf and respond less to weight training (in erm sof hypertrophy anyway) but that doesn't really justify a completely different approach.
Same as ever for fat loss...HARD whole body compound lifts in circuit fashion with little or no rest, 8-15 reps, 3 x / week. Gross and no fun but works wonders.
