| Re: Program for woman Been taking my wife to the gym for about 2 months now, 3 times per week. 30 minutes cardio - 30 minutes good compound strength exercises with BB's and DB's - 30 minutes cardio. Amazing results as she gives it 100%. Certainly not developing any bulk, just developing a really athletic slim look. Took quite some time to convince her that strength traing wouldn't make her big though. She looks so much better than when she was doing 5 aerobics classes per week and thats after just a couple of months.
The main challenge is convincing women that they won't look like body builders if they take up a good strength traing program. |
