| Re: Program for woman Well it's a given these woman will do machines even though I have said free weights will work the best. Not the squatting type unless drunk and a toilet is 2 hours away!!
I was thinking getting them to hit the machines hard for 30 minutes and cardio for 30 minutes after. 10 to 15 reps, rest 30 to 60 seconds in between sets and get them to train the entire body throughout. That diet Paul posted seemed good and will try get them to follow that.
It makes me laugh how you show a woman what works the bum and every single time they there that's all they do!!!! Like fcking moths to a candle!! |
