Yup... It took me forever to convince Mrs TH&S that she shouldn't be doing Pulldowns to the Back of the Neck... She stopped when she got a bad neck...

Oh and girls don't like increasing the weight each week either cos its 'hard'

TS - Girls should basically train the same way as guys, but just adjusting the weight and allowing for recovery.

I've heard a number of people say they respond better physcologically to using machines as they don't want to be around the blokes dropping Dbs, and its easy to increase the weight on a weekly basis...
