| Re: Program for woman i think it would be a similar routine to a man n all honesty but thats my laymans opinion obviously they will have to adjust their diet to suit their needs but basics are going to be the same.
the old gym instructer at my old gym was a woman and compeated in shows nd i seen her doing squats deads bench etc etc
just like men a woman wouldnt just end up looking like a bb. i keep trying to tell my girl this but wont listen and tinks shell ed up massive lol
