The Chiropractor said that he will help my lifts get stronger.
I believe him too as my shoulder feels so much better but still hurts a little as it has been out for a year.
Stupid me insurance and all and never considered the chiropractor. What a gold mine I stumbled apon.

Cheater, you probably do have the same problem as weightlifters are mostly alike.

The chiropractor gave me a rhomboid (sp) exercise where you walk into a corner and have you back against the V and with your elbos you lower your back into the V then push away from the walls. It kindof reminded me of like bent over rear delt raises but against the walls. I am going to start today doing them and I can wait to bench heavy again.

I went in for the back (still sore) and came out happier than I kid in a candy store. I almost kissed the guy. Now if I can only get rid of this nagging back pain.
