0800 100gs oats, 40g whey, 4 fish oils
1100 2 jacket potato, fish (varies), salad
1300 100g rice, chicken breast, extra virgin olive oil, avacaro and veg
1500 shake - 100g oats, 60 whey, flax
1730 jacket potato, chicken, veg
1845 trains
1945 post workout shake
2145 100g cheese, 1 tin sardines and salad with olive oil and serving of mixed nuts
thats an example of a diet, no doubt whats being eaten and when.
Trib is vertualy useless, met-rx is over priced and amino acid tablets are just condensed whey protein powder and so are a rip off. For supplements all you need is some protein powder which can be bought at a reasonable price from the board sponsors. |
