Thumbs down Shoulder has been out for a year.

Well, some of you know that I have been having problems with my shoulder. I thought it was the rotator cuff but found out by accident this was not the case.

I threw my back out over the last week and decided to go to the chiropractor and get it fixed. I happened to mention that I have had some shoulder problems for like lets say 1 year (dammit).
So he says lets look at it. He put me through a series of tests and said the rotator was just fine.
What does he do? He cracks my shoulder and put it back in place. All this time my shoulder was only out and I have insurance to fix it the whole time. That really bummed me out as I have been not doing bench and biceps as these hurt to do so I quit doing them.

He told me that my rhomboids were weaker than my chest and this is why my shoulder went out. The adjustment was yesterday and today I feel a lot better.

So for anyone of you guys that have shoulder problems you might be in the same boat as me and it would be worth a looksee using a chiropractor.

Just figured I would share this with you guys.
