Good luck with the weight loss - try and be positive about it and things will be much easyer! Plus with a training partner is much easyer to stick to a exersise plan. | With all due respect, I don't much care for being told to "cheer up". I have BPD, this is me and this is how I'm going to be. How can I possibly find an "exersise partner" [sic]?!
I know you meant well, but I'm not in a very good place right now...
