Been looking more into diet the last couple of weeks, and from what I have read it would be benificial to add some EFA's in the form of omega 3 soft gels or something similar throughout the day. Just wanted to know what sort you's guy's take and how many a day, I know it probably depends on how much you are actually getting from whole foods, but my main fat source are eggs that's why I want to add something different into my diet. Any help would be great, cheers !!!
