| Dumbell weight Hi lads as a newlad im not totaly clued up on the weights etc at the mo im training my arms with the free weights (dumbells), im lifting the 3 x 12 sets and seems to be my limit at the mo, i thought that i may have started out with a higher weight as at the mo im lifting (per dumbell 2 x 4.5kg weights plus the bar itsself) and now i feel like its quite a small amount, am i just week or is this an average weight for new lads cheers. |
