wake, protein shake and 100grams of oats with udo oil
mid morning, tuna sandwich or tuna with baked potato or meal replacement and banana
lunch, rice and chicken
mid afternoon, protein shake and handfull of mixed nuts
tea, potatos and steak or turkey/chicken or tuna steak with veg
bed 125g of cottage cheese and maybe another protein shake |
