| Re: Gym-related rant (well more bus-fare related, really) I dont drive myself, you need to find a buddy to go with you to the gym. thats what i did. Send one of your friends or a family member of a guilt trip or find someone near you thats into the gym and blag the lift - offer them somthing in return and they should be golden.
Good luck with the weight loss - try and be positive about it and things will be much easyer! Plus with a training partner is much easyer to stick to a exersise plan. |
